Sisters, I give you permission to sit boldly at the table and wholeheartedly embrace your accomplishments.

Who are you?

I like to say I am a Jamaican, big sister, and save-the-worldologist. I am trained in policy analysis and use that to try to make the world a better place for all. I currently work at the Ministry of Finance and Public Service in Jamaica. I am an aspiring wine connoisseur and hold a PhD in Public Policy.

What moment or conversation changed your life?

I was awarded a scholarship at 15 years old to spend 2 years at an international school in Wales. Best two years of my life – it challenged me, made me grow, made me tolerant, and made me patient.
